Pat Charlson's primary role within Renewable Energy Team, LLC will be to serve as an active partner as the company's Operations Manager to ensure governance, guidelines, product partnerships and customer partnerships as well as making sure the internal infrastructure remains strong and intact.

Denny Jarosch has worked in some aspect of the construction industry for most of his career. Denny’s primary role is Sales and Marketing VP for Renewable Energy Team, LLC.  He is educated in the fundamentals of implementing energy audits, solar hot water installation, and development of job site specifications. He is committed to helping clients learn how to conserve energy and cut fuel costs.
